Mr Bizmo is a custom, made-to-order product. Because each unit is handcrafted specifically for your preorder, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
