Shipping policy
Production Time
Many of our items, including Mr Bizmo, are handmade and made to order. Please allow up to 30 days for production before your order is shipped. Production times may vary depending on order volume, materials, and other factors.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Once the package leaves our facility, shipping speed and delays are outside of our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been scanned by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes situations where the carrier delays the package or the package is returned due to an incorrect address.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging so we can review the situation and assist you.
International Shipping
If we offer international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
